Free to get started. Host your first rally today — everything you need to plan, publish, and manage your RV event, no credit card required: instant RSVPs & automatic waitlists, push notifications to attendees, a day-by-day itinerary builder, and private group events.
Everything your event needs. Nothing scattered everywhere.
Most rallies run on a Facebook group, a Google Form, a spreadsheet, and a prayer. RV Rally replaces the whole pile with one link.
- Event pages in minutes — publish with all details, capacity limits, and a banner image
- RSVP management — instant confirmations, automatic waitlists, and your full roster in one dashboard
- Updates & itinerary — keep attendees in the loop with posts and day-by-day schedules
- Private group events — invite-only rallies for clubs, groups, and brand communities
Everything you need to run a great rally
One place for everything your campout, meetup, or rally needs — shaped by real events.
- RSVPs that run themselves. Attendees grab a spot instantly while there's room, and the waitlist takes over the moment you're full. When someone cancels, the next rig moves up — no manual follow-up.
- Real-time push notifications. Ping every attendee the second something changes — gate opens, schedule shifts, weather update — even when they're away from the app.
- Day-by-day itinerary builder. Build a full arrival-to-teardown schedule with per-activity sign-ups. Attendees get a clean timeline on their phone at camp.
- Direct messaging to attendees. Message your whole group, a filtered subset, or one person — all inside the platform. No spreadsheets, no back-and-forth email chains.
Three formats, one platform
- Campout — relaxed overnight or multi-night gatherings at campgrounds, state parks, or private land. KOA group site weekends, state park permit events, boondocking on BLM land.
- Meetup — day or weekend events built around a shared interest — hiking, pickleball, ham radio. Brand owner clubs (Airstream, Tiffin), activity-specific day events, regional chapter gatherings.
- Rally — multi-day organized events with programming, speakers, vendors, and structured itineraries. Annual state or regional rallies, sponsored manufacturer events, charity and fundraiser rallies.
Built by an RVer who got tired of the hard way
RV Rally exists because organizing a rally with Facebook posts, paper sign-up sheets, and a spreadsheet is miserable — and I know because I did it that way. Every feature here was built for real events, shaped by real hosts and the people showing up to camp with them.

Common questions from hosts
How much does it cost to host an event on RV Rally?
RV Rally never charges you to create or run an event — the full toolkit (RSVPs, automatic waitlists, itinerary, updates, and messaging) is included. You set a registration price for your Meetup or Rally, attendees pay it when they RSVP, and it is deposited to your bank. Campouts are small, free get-togethers.
Do my attendees need to download an app?
No. RV Rally works in any web browser on any device. Attendees who want push notifications can add it to their phone's home screen in two taps — still no app store needed.
Can I run a private, invite-only event?
Yes. Mark your event private and share its access code — it stays out of the public directory and search engines, and only invited members can see it.
What size events does RV Rally handle?
Everything from a two-rig weekend campout to an organized rally with a hundred or more RVs, with automatic waitlists when you hit capacity.
Can other people help me manage my event?
Yes — add unlimited co-hosts. They can manage RSVPs, post updates, message attendees, and edit the itinerary from their own dashboard.
